As someone who works with children, I take pride in allowing space for them to grow as independent wholesome individuals. When I am with them I serve as a guide and not an authoritative figure. I am here to motivate them and engage with them in a mature but playful and fun manner. I treat them as equals and grant them the respect and freedom they need. My approach serves children in whatever stage of development they happen to be in... and since I am continually supporting them, I get along with them incredibly well.
Perhaps you are in need of a little extra help. Here are some examples of what I can offer...
*drive the children to school and/or pick the children up from school
*run errands
*clean the house
*do laundry
*drive the children to afterschool lessons
*cook meals
*assist with homework
*take the children out on outings
If you are here in Tofino on holiday perhaps you would like an evening to yourself..or maybe a whole day...or perhaps even a weekend. I can offer a variety of things..I could:
*take the children out hiking and/or beach combing and/or for an outdoor lunch
* teach your children how to surf
*take them on local adventures such as kayaking, hot springs tours, whale watching tours, bear watching tours
* take them to explore the Tofino Botanical Gardens
*take them bike riding
*stay in with them while you are out and play games, or bake or put on plays
*take them to a yoga class, or a movie, or a play or a concert
*take them in a native dugout canoe tour to explore Meares Island and learn about edible plants
...the possibilities are endless...
